All services provided by The Metafy are bespoke consultancy and strategy development services delivered within the scope of digital advertising management. Under Law no. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the related Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services supplied electronically and performed immediately.
Our advertising management service is planned and delivered specifically for you following your payment. For that reason:
- At the point of purchase, given the digital and bespoke nature of the service, you accept that you have no right of withdrawal after delivery.
- You are deemed to have made the purchase in the knowledge that the service is designed specifically for you and cannot be refunded once delivery has begun.
- With that confirmation, your 14-day right of withdrawal legally ceases to apply and no refund of the service is made.
That said, if you encounter technical problems, difficulties in communication, or any dissatisfaction with the service, we would be glad to find a solution if you get in touch with us. Our aim is to give you the advertising management experience that delivers the most for you.
