Terms
Let's write out the small print too.
Contract length
We recommend a minimum of three months — because that is how long it takes for the winning creative to emerge. But nothing ties you in; you can leave in any month with 30 days' notice.
Refund terms
If you are not happy at the end of the first month, we refund that month's service fee. The ad budget was never with us, so it is not subject to a refund.
Ad budget
The budget never passes through our account. The ad account is opened in your name, the payment card is your card, and access always stays with you.
Payment
Monthly in advance, by card or bank transfer. The invoice is issued at the start of each month.
Where we do not work
Prohibited product categories, campaigns built on claims that are not true, and projects where the ad budget is far below the recommended minimum. If that is the case, we say so honestly on the first call.
Result guarantee
We do not guarantee a particular revenue or ROAS — and we could not. If someone does, be careful. Our commitment is to method, transparency and effort.
