Article 1 — Parties

1.2 Buyer (Service Recipient)
The person whose name, address, telephone and email details are collected at the time of payment.
Article 2 — Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the Buyer’s distance purchase of the advertising management service offered by the Seller through the www.themetafy.com website.
Article 3 — Scope of the service
The Seller will provide services such as the setup, optimisation, reporting and general management of advertising campaigns on digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads and similar). The detailed content of the service is explained during the pre-contractual information stage and at the point of purchase.
Article 4 — Performance of the service
Following payment of the service fee by the Buyer, the Seller begins performance of the service. Depending on the scope of the service, this process is started within at most 7 (seven) business days from the date of payment.
Article 5 — Service fee and payment
The Buyer pays the service fee in advance through the payment methods set out on www.themetafy.com (credit card, bank transfer and similar). All prices include VAT.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal and refund
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts made pursuant to Law no. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, there is no right of withdrawal for services supplied electronically and performed immediately.
The Buyer accepts that, given the nature of the service, there is no right of withdrawal and that the service cannot be refunded.
Article 7 — Intellectual property
All content, documents, campaign strategies and ad copy provided by The Metafy are covered by intellectual property rights. The Buyer may not share this content with third parties, reproduce it, or use it without permission.
Article 8 — Competent court
In any dispute arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts of Mersin (Mezitli) have jurisdiction.
Article 9 — Entry into force
By approving this agreement electronically and purchasing the service, the Buyer declares that they accept all of its terms.
